TOTAL $32,000,000
Provide new and reconstructed infrastructure such as curb and gutter, sidewalks, streetscape and storm drainage in the city's older neighborhoods showing signs of distress. Seven million dollars of the total will go towards rebuilding the Boulevard Homes community in west Charlotte.

- Nevin
- Pawtucket
- Eastwood
- Farm Pond
- Tryon Hills
- Hope Valley/Oak Forest
- Delta Lake
- Grove Park
